Placing an order

1. Open a product, choose a quantity, and add it to your bag.
2. Open your bag and check the items. Shipping is $20 flat to any US address.
3. At checkout, enter your name, email, and US shipping address, and confirm the research-use agreement.
4. Review the order total, then continue to payment.

Paying with crypto

Choose a coin and network on the payment step. The page shows the receiving address, a QR code, any conversion fee, and the exact amount to send.

Pay with USDC on Solana or Ethereum to avoid the conversion fee. Your wallet's own network fee is separate in every case.

1. Copy the address with the Copy button, or scan the QR code. After pasting, compare the first and last six characters.
2. Check that your wallet is sending on the same network shown on the page.
3. Your wallet's network fee is separate. Make sure the amount that arrives covers the order total.
4. Send, then open the finished transaction in your wallet and copy its transaction ID.

Wrong coin or network? Do not send a second payment to fix it. Email us the transaction ID and what you sent. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Finding your transaction ID (TXID)

Every crypto transfer gets a unique ID on the blockchain, also called a transaction hash. It is how we match your payment to your order. It is not your wallet address and not your order code.

Sending payment proof

1. Paste the TXID on the Confirm step of checkout. The page creates your order code and an order summary.
2. Copy the summary and email it to .
3. Attach a screenshot of the sent transaction showing the amount, destination, and status.
4. We check the payment on-chain and reply by email once your order is confirmed.

If you're signed in, the order is also saved under Account with its code, total, and status.

An order is confirmed only when we reply. Sending a TXID does not confirm it by itself.

Payment problems

• Transfer still pending. Some networks take a while. Check the status in your wallet or a block explorer before doing anything else.
• Sent too little. Do not resend the full amount. We'll email you the exact balance still due.
• Sent too much. Your order still goes ahead. We'll contact you about returning the extra in USDC.
• Closed the payment page. If you were signed in, your order is under Account. Otherwise email us your TXID, the coin and network, and the address you shipped to.
• Can't find the TXID. Check your wallet's History or your exchange's withdrawal details.

Never pay twice because a status is unclear. Check the transaction first, then email us.

Shipping and tracking

• We ship to US addresses only, by standard shipping, for a flat $20 per order.
• Orders are packed after the payment is confirmed.
• We email the carrier and tracking number when the package ships. The first carrier scan can take a day to appear after the label is created.
• If tracking stops updating or a package arrives damaged, email us with your order code. See the Refund Policy.

FAQ

How long does payment confirmation take?

On-chain, Solana settles in seconds, Ethereum in a couple of minutes, and Bitcoin in roughly 20 minutes. We then check each payment by hand and reply by email.

Which coins have a fee?

USDC on Solana and USDC on Ethereum have no fee. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana add a conversion fee. The payment step shows the fee and the full amount before you send.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. With an account, your shipping details are filled in for you and your orders are listed in one place.

Are products tested?

Certificates of analysis are published in the COA library, grouped by batch. They are not included in packages. Check that the batch on your vial matches the report.

Does my bag hold products?

No. Stock is held once your payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel?

If you haven't paid, just don't send payment. If you have paid and we haven't shipped, email us and we'll refund you. See the Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not right now.

Qualified researchers, for laboratory use only. Products are not for human or animal consumption. You must be 21 or older to order.

How do I contact you?

Email or message us on Telegram at , with your order code. Never send your wallet's recovery phrase, private key, or password to anyone, including us.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and will handle, store, and dispose of products in line with the laws that apply to you.

We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, if we have reason to believe these terms are not being followed.

2. Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout.
• Adding items to your bag does not reserve them.
• An order is confirmed only when we have verified your payment and emailed you.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we refund that item in full.

3. Payments

We accept cryptocurrency only: USDC on Solana, USDC on Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. We do not accept cards.

• USDC on Solana and USDC on Ethereum have no conversion fee, and the payment must equal the order total.
• Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana add a conversion fee to the order total. Send the US dollar value of the total plus the fee, at your wallet's rate when you send. The fee and the full amount are shown before you pay.
• Your wallet's network fee is separate and is paid by you.
• Every payment is reviewed by a person. Email us your order summary, transaction ID, and a screenshot after you send.
• If the amount received is short, we'll email you the balance due. The order ships once it is paid in full.
• Crypto sent with the wrong coin, to the wrong address, or on the wrong network may be unrecoverable. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

4. Shipping

• We ship within the United States only.
• Standard shipping is $20 per order.
• Orders ship after payment is confirmed. We email tracking when the package ships.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Ownership and risk pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier. For lost or damaged packages, see the Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a paid order before it ships for a full refund. After an order ships, sales are final except for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

6. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private and use a current email address. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may close accounts used to break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

7. No automated access

You may not crawl, scrape, index, archive, or copy this site or its content by automated means, or use any part of it to train, ground, or feed an AI or machine-learning system. This applies to search engines, AI crawlers and agents, and any tool acting for them. We may block automated requests and refuse service to anyone who gets around that.

8. Changes and contact

1. What we collect

• Your account: if you create one, your email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), an optional Telegram username, your saved shipping details, and your order history.
• Order details: your name, email, US shipping address, any delivery notes, and the items you ordered.
• Payment details: the coin, network, amount, and transaction ID of your payment, plus any screenshot you email us. Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains.
• Refund details: if you request a refund, the wallet address and network you give us.
• Research-use agreement: that you accepted it at checkout.
• Support messages: emails and Telegram messages you send us, with any attachments.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

Accounts are optional. We never collect card details.

2. How we use it

To run your account and sign-in, verify payments, fulfill and ship orders, send order and tracking emails, handle refunds, answer support questions, prevent fraud, and keep business records. Newsletter emails go only to people who signed up, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

3. Who we share it with

Shipping carriers and label services receive the delivery details needed to ship your order. Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This site saves the contents of your bag and your sign-in session in your browser so they are still there when you come back. It does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page first.

5. Keeping and deleting data

You can delete your account from the Account page, or ask us to delete your data by emailing . We will delete it unless we need to keep it for accounting, an open order or dispute, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Transactions already recorded on a public blockchain cannot be removed.

1. Before your order ships

If you haven't paid, there is nothing to cancel. Just don't send the payment. If you have paid and we haven't shipped yet, email us to cancel and we'll refund the full amount we received, including shipping.

2. After your order ships

Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We can't accept returns of research materials, because we can't verify how they were stored after they left us.

3. Damaged, missing, or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order code and photos of the package and contents. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If the problem is confirmed, we'll reship the affected items or refund them.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered to the address you entered at checkout. Please check it carefully.

4. How refunds are paid

• Refunds are sent as USDC on Solana or USDC on Ethereum, whichever you choose. This applies even if you paid in BTC, ETH, or SOL.
• A full refund returns the value of your order. If you paid in BTC, ETH, or SOL, the conversion fee is not refunded.
• If we received less than the amount due, we refund what we actually received.
• Anything already refunded on the same order is not paid again.

5. Requesting a refund

1. Email with your order code and the reason.
2. Include the USDC wallet address and network (Solana or Ethereum) for the refund. Double-check it. Crypto transfers can't be reversed.
3. We review the request and reply. If approved, we send the refund and email you the transaction ID.

This policy does not limit any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.
